Should have known from the price that these are not typical Chantal quality induction pans. Very poor. These pans burn and mis-color from the beginning. They don't cook evenly on induction. Very had to clean. Forego the bargain and buy a couple of Fissler Induction pans which cook beautifully and are so easy to keep clean.

These are beautiful pans. I have used Chantel pans in the past and enjoy cooking with them. I would recommend hand washing the lids. The glass lids become etched and clouded over time when placed in the dishwasher. Happy cooking!
