Poêle à frire Chantal Induction 21 Steel®

Very pleased with this 10” Chantal frying pan. Heavy weight without being heavy, easy to grip long handle with indentation for your thumb to assist in flipping contents easily. The special bottom conducts heat evenly. This pan is a convenient size for sautéing meat or veggies. I highly recommend this item.

I had this pan for a few days bow and pretty much use it as my first choice. It is very appealing to use. I am quickly learning which meals this particular pan is great to use. It seems to cook food quickly and heats up evenly and pretty hot. It is easy to clean and cleans up nicely. I have cleaned it by hand and in the dishwasher. I find it still hold nicely to color. Some pans will start to show discoloration of tinting. I made a red bean rice in my picture and towards the end it kind of got stuck to the pan found I needed to turn the heat down but when I added a tablespoon of water it was as if nothing happen. So overall I would definitely reccommend this pan.

The Chantel Induction 21 Steel frying pan can fry! In low heat it cooks better than most frying pans and the meat does not get stuck. The hard about this frying pan is the cleaning portion of it. Its quite a process and its best if we just keep it simple.

I recently switched from nat gas to electric ( not induction) and left the cast iron skillet behind. It has been a reason to try new skillet brands snd the Chantal is the second one in the trys. Learning to cook on electric has been challenging so I put this to the test with scrambled eggs. It preformed well, I made sure that I followed the instructions for use and clean up and my next test will be cooking salmon with a crispy skin outcome. Nice skillet for the money, thank you!

Skillet was/is terrific; exactly what I wanted. We were amused by the packaging.
