Great quality...now to get family to use instead of paper plates...LOL

Love the plates! Used them for my Thanksgiving dinner.

Some arrived broken however a replacement is already on the way. Love the look of them.

I order the 10.75 inch plates and they have the gaul to send me the 7.5 inch salad plates and now wayfair says that the dinner plate is out of stock. They should have asked me if I wanted the substution or not bill me and not send me anything. If this is the way that Wayfair (NotFair) does business with their vendors then I will NEVER order again from them. The packing is abysmal on the 7.5 inch salad plates. It came in an oversized box that had some bubble wrap on the bottom, top and sides but the box the plates came in is tiny compared to the outer box so I'm sure it was slipping and sliding around inside the box. The inner box that the plates arrived in is absolutely terrible and looks like it's been opened several times, maybe even reused several times and taped shut multiple times. Nothing about this screams these are new. I am so disappointed in this transaction and may just send it back along with the expensive knife set that I bought that will be arriving on Friday just out of principle that Wayfair has vendors that absolutely are the worst. Even the invoice and packing slip (see photos) clearly show I ordered the dinner plates 10.75 inch and they supposedly shipped the 10.75 according to the packing slip. These guys suck. These were going to be used for Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends coming over and now I've got to go to a brick and retail store and spend more money because this vendor is just aweful. Can I give them 0 stars? I would if I could as I find this to be fraud, I bought one thing and you shipped something else. This is criminal behavior.
