Our kitchen was recently renovated. When I was putting my old dishes into the new cabinets, I saw that my formal glassware lacked a nice set of champagne glasses. Since I plan to hold a Sunday Brunch for the crew that helped with the renovation, I have decided to serve champagne and/or Mimosas along with the food. My wine glasses simply will not do; there is nothing like a tall flute to show off trails of bubbles. I love that these are fairly heavy and, therefore, more durable than what I have seen in stores. No one wants an accident when clinking glasses for a toast!
