Very sharp and like they each have a protector on them. Nice to have several so not to have cross contamination issues when cooking. It be better if they were colored differently to ensure no mixing.

Ill neve have to go into my kitchen to get a pair of scissors ever again. This trio is phenomenal with great size, easy grip, and bottle opener! Ill put one in each bath and one in my living room! And, a great price!
