This is a great loaf pan! The color of the pan makes for a nice light-brown flaky crust on bread, and the holes in the bottom make it great for non-bread applications like meatloaf; I can set it on a sheet pan and the excess grease drips out the bottom of the loaf pan onto the sheet pan, leaving the meat moist but not greasy.

Was concerned about the size at first, but to my surprise, it was perfect! Baked the bread without the top and it came out better than I expected. A nice crust on top and firm and slightly crusted on the sides and bottom. The inside soft just like a loaf you pick up from the store. Perfect for sandwich making!! 

I’m not really much of a baker so I’m not sure why the reason for the holes in the bottom. It annoyed me bc it did cause some leaking but not enough to deter anyone from getting it imo. It’s pretty good quality.

This loaf pan is a must have for making great sandwich bread! The ridges allowed for the bread to climb and get the necessary lift needed for light bread. The non-stick coating allowed my bread to slide out perfectly after it was done as well. Clean up was also super easy. A great find.

This Champaign Gold loaf pan is a beautiful color. This pan is made solid and is non stick. I'm sure I will be using this for a very long time. I love the design it puts on your bread, it makes it looks classy. I love that the lid has a lip so it's very easy to slide off without getting burned. I've been wanting one of the pullman loaf pans for a while and I'm glad I made this purchase. I always make 2 different types of bread for dinner, so I'll be purchasing another one. This pan elevates baking bread! I did a side by side comparison when baking this “English muffin” loaf and although it could have used a few minutes longer in the oven, it definitely cooked the loaf more evenly throughout than a glass loaf pan would. Plus it gives it a nice square shape. I did not use the cover as it was not necessary for this recipe. Definitely recommend this pan!

I haven't had a chance to use this just yet.The slide on lid seems very loose though like it all but falls off the pan. It does seem sturdy though.Hopefully when I get to use it it will work great. Fingers crossed
