Very sturdy muffin pan. Seems to be well made.

This is so multi purpose! In a picture above you can see some results. It was butter yellow cake mix. So some were covered in chocolate, some plain, powdered sugar, and berries. There is so much you can do with this! Next going to try with cornbread, and quick breads. Using a mix, do not fill more than 23 full. Follow directions as you would for cupcakes. This baking tool can make every elegant or simple food. Added bonus ore individual servings. Its more comfortable with individual servings. Highly recommend!

It’s makes a lovely little cake! This Chefmade “12-Cup Non-Stick Mold Cake Pan in champagne gold is not just beautiful, this pan is wonderful too! A little story… I have been obsessed with making breakfast muffins for something fast and easy in the morning. I make these muffins using a cake batter with add-ins like fresh fruits, jelly, sausage crumbles, bacon, etc. The idea is to make a pancake in a muffin form. Since I have been using a mini muffin pan to make them, I saw this beautiful pan and decided why not?! I did not pay much special attention to the type of pastry this baking pan was designed for. Nevertheless, I got the pan not to just give it a try but add a fancy look to my breakfast muffins! I was more than pleased with the outcome. The cakes came out in varying shades of brown and oh were they good! They were a little bit of heaven, about 3 or 4 bites. They were also taller than my usual muffin, but I did love the taller size. The cakes seemed more substantial in thickness (Sorry I didn’t take a pic!) I was also pleasantly surprised with the construction, weight, and depth of the cups. This is a restaurant-grade baking pan; it is heavyweight. The pan cleans well, but I did add a bit of spray coating before pouring in the batter. I think the spray coating could be optional for this pan. I intend to use this pan and make my special breakfast cakes for when the family comes to visit. Highly recommended!

The quality of this cake mold is beyond what I expected. It is heavy-duty and will make the most beautiful cakes for any gathering. I like the rose gold color the most as I dont have any items like this in my kitchen.
