I am very excited to experiment with this cute little cake pan, but I wish it had come with more information on best uses and recipes- because it is so deep, it is probably better for breads or pound cakes over other recipes? My first go at an apple cake required a MUCH longer baking time to achieve acceptable cooking throughout.
