It's a little shallow for quiches but its perfect for tarts! I love the rose gold color, matches a few other Chefmade pieces I have, and it cleans up very easy without needing to grease/spray anything before using.

This looks to be a sturdy, non-stick tart (and quiche) metal pan. (NOTE: I would not use sharp, metal knives for cutting its contents.) It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I recently had skin graft surgery and am unable to cook much yet. So I have not used it. But I see no reason it would not work well.

I think I may have manifested this one because lo and behold there was (angels singing!). A Chefmade Non-Stick Tart/Quiche pan, a beautiful sister piece to the Chefmade Cannelle pan I also happen to own. This pan is also beautiful to look at with the same rose-gold color. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of this pan either. Made of the same commercial-grade, non-stick, easy to use, easy clean-up pan elements. The tart/quiche pan comes with a convenient, easy release bottom. Bonus! The pan washes up well, and the included instructions make it clear to hand wash and dry immediately. I’ve only used the pan once and my first quiche came out well. The tart released nicely from the pan with a very little coaxing, and I did not use any butter or cooking spray on the pan. It is a 9” in pan and was shallower than I expected. Nevertheless, I eyeballed the quiche ingredients just right and did not have much spillage. I thought it would have been a little deeper, especially for making quiche as well. Can you look at this beautiful quiche I made in it!!

Exactly what I was looking for! This pan has a nonstick coating as well as a pop out bottom ensuring there are no transfer disasters when it comes time to present and serve your masterpiece (or attempted masterpiece:).

I was very pleased with the pan. It is heavy and sturdy. I like that the bottom is removable. I was a little surprised in the small size, although I should have noticed that it is a 9 inch pan. I have not made a tart yet, but plan to very soon and I have not doubt that I will be pleased.
