Not All-Clad quality, but definitely decent material. I used this double boiler to make gummy bears, and it worked excellently. I would definitely recommend it.

I don’t cook meals that require the double pan, except holiday candy time. Just used this pan again today. Very easy to work with, I like the glass lid so I can “watch the pot boil”. Good purchase
