It was supposed to read out in F degrees but it had the C degree insignia.

I was very happy to find such a small thermometer. I cook for one often, so I like to be able to read the temp on a small chicken breast or steak. The current thermometers that I have are very thick in diameter and I feel like I cant get a good read using them. They make more sense for a larger item like a whole turkey. The only downside is that it reads in celsius vs fahrenheit. This is not a big deal because I can simply do a conversion real quick online.

This thermometer has an easy to read face, a sturdy gauge to insert, and a durable case. It is accurate and has the ability to be reset if it gets off. Make sure not to leave it in the oven when cooking tho!

I was truly disappointed in the size but that is my fault. The print is VERY tiny and it has to be very close to face to read it with a hot dish. My biggest disappointment is it is Celsius when the ad said Fahrenheit so now it is useless to me. You may be able to see it on the face the “C” and it goes up to 120.
