Pros: large capacity. Style. Ease of use. HOT coffee. Keep Warm feature. Brewed a good cup. Cons: clean up is not difficult for the removable parts, but expect 5 table spoons of coffee grinds on the bottom of the pot if you do not use a paper liner over the steel permanent one. Follow the user instructions and you should not have a volcano of hot coffee leaking on your countertop and a yelling, helpful 10 year old.

This is exactly what my daughter and son in law wanted for Christmas to go in their coffee bar they built in their new home. I am so impressed with it I have thought about ordering one for my self.
