Heated up faster than I expected. Cooked well. Cleaned up with Barkeepers Friend. Very happy after years of trying to use a round bottomed wok on an electric stove.

I am happy with this purchase.It is versatile , not only only stir fries, but also it’s perfect for gravy curries. Gets evenly heated, easy to clean, heavy( 3.8 lb without lid) and also it’s large enough ( almost 6qt). If you are looking for a stainless steel wok go for this.

Beautiful, but HEAVY! This was a gift. Hopefully, the user can get used to how heavy it will be once food is put into it! We may have to return it for something lighter!
