Absolutely FANTASTIC stockpot! The 8 qt. size is perfect for making a nice pot of soup stock (compared to my 32 qt) I can easily fit two chicken carcasses in it along with all the roasted veggies and water. Also good for stews and chili but still small enough to fit in the frig. The quality is top of the line and the finish, beautiful. Well made, sturdy and cleans up easily. You need this pot!
