The griddle is heavier in a good way. It is clearly a step above the average griddle pan. Pancakes are amazing in this pan. Everything cooks evenly at medium heat. Cleaning is a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nonstick griddle pan is high quality, durable and very well made. The nonstick makes it easy for cooking food and flipping. I use it to make indian bread as well as several other recipes and it works great. It has a stainless steel handle which does not heat up while cooking. The size is decent and can be use to heat upto 3 regular sized bread slices at a time. It is easy to clean. I recommend it.
