Set the new coffee machine up this morning that I received yesterday, it doesn’t work at all. All the lights are on and blue, but nothing brews. Just lots of steam.

Only thing that I don't like about it is after the first cup of coffee grounds is finished, and you make a second cup it is hard to get the wet used grounds out of the dispenser cup. Now my problem is the grounds get stuck in the small hole that flows into the cup. I believe I want my money back. You shouldn't have to keep fixing the grounds and the hole that plugs, and water flowing over the top when it clogs and backs up. Thinking of returning it.

Love it! Perfect to make k-cup or brew your own k-cup with your own ground coffee. Holds enough water and it’s quite when brewing.

Good looking coffee maker. Extremely compact and easy to use.

Excellent product. Coffee is really hot and perfectly brewed. My pot does not have the ground coffee feature which I did want.
