The quality is really good, the instructions appear overwhelming at first. The first use went really well, washed out the insert, followed the Youtube instructions and the rice turned out amazing. My only hiccup was ordering the item that Wayfair did not have in its inventory, and I waited months. Based on other excellent reviews, CUCKOO-0675F 3 cup was worth waiting for.
