It is my 5-6 coffee maker from Cuisinart over the years. They worked for a couple of years and you have to change it because the base rust or, in the case of first time buying the black one, the handle of the carafe starts chipping during the warranty. Like usual, it's very difficult to reach Cuisinart, awful after sale service. They finally respond, after 2 weeks, and asked the same questions that were already given the first time filling their form and said I wasn't at the right place.
