Terrible Experience – Stained Item, Poor Fit, and No Refund I had an awful experience with this product and Wayfair’s customer service. The item arrived with stains, and the rack didn’t even fit properly. I returned it the very next day, but over a month later, I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted their customer service three times, both via chat and phone, and every time I was told the money would be refunded in 3-5 days. That was a lie. It’s been weeks, and nothing has been resolved. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I’ll think twice before ordering from Wayfair again.
