Perfect for my needs that include using a metal whisk because of rounded bottom. I have trusted and used Cuisinart cookware and have always had great success with them. I use an induction stovetop and this pan is ideal. Although it is now my go to saucier, I appreciate that it is a little light in weight but quite capable. I love it!!!
