[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it makes good coffee, the design/functionality is lacking given the price. The coffee maker cannot easily accommodate a travel mug. I had to remove the drip tray and add felt pads under each corner to create sufficient space for my slightly taller than 7" travel mug. It doesn't remember the last settings, so that every morning I have to press the strength button 5 times and the size button 4 times. It should either remember it, or have a sliding switch or dial. Lastly, when it brews the coffee, there is so much steam on the front of the buttons and along the sides as well as drips that it has to be wiped down daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it works, it’s great. Unfortunately, every 3rd or 4th cup, the beans don’t fully grind and I’m left with a cup of mostly hot water. No rhyme or reason.

I’m liking have a single unit for grinding/brewing my coffee, I’ve been using it for a few weeks so time will tell. My main complaint pertains for several reasons due to the excessive amount of steam it produces. First it emits so much steam I can’t keep it under my cabinet and I had to purchase a rolling tray to move it in and out from under the cabinet. Second I have to wipe it down after every brew due to the dripping on the front and the sides. Third again from the stream, every time I open the filter area it splashes water all over from the puddling on the filter panel. Fourth after brewing and ready to push back under the cabinet there is a puddle of water that needs to be cleaned up. Unit could use some improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this coffee brewer and love it. No carafe or reservoir to clean daily, and I can custom brew for me or my family. Just wish the water reservoir was a bit larger. For me it lasts 3-4 days but with company not so long.
