Made weak coffe regardless of settings. Returned it for a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker grinds and brews a wonderful cup of coffee. Temperature wise, the brewed coffee is warmer than my other coffee brewer which I appreciate. I’ve experimented brewing with paper filters as well as with the mesh basket it came with. It performs best with the mesh basket. It creates more coffee and less steam than when using paper filters. I bought 2 different paper filters. The Amazon basket filter for 1-4 cups retained way too much water creating much less coffee in your cup. The Melitta #2 cone filter does okay but doesn’t perform as well as the mesh basket. I am using filtered water in the tank as our local water is pretty hard. I recently cleaned the hopper and grinder, and the process was not difficult. I had been using a manual grinder to make French press coffee, so the clean up process is no problem and was not a surprise to me. It is well worth the small effort. I’d like to purchase a second coffee filter basket so that I can brew 2 cups of coffee before cleaning out the basket. However there is an option to brew 24 ounce at one time. That would brew enough for both my husband. I haven’t tried that yet but will. I’ve found I use the medium setting with some beans and the bold setting with others. It’s nice to have that option. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but have been pleased with this purchase and hope it provides many mornings of great coffee. I’ve recommended it to several friends.

I have never used crushed coffee beans until I received this, I always used your normal coffee machine with filter and basic coffee from the store. I have been missing out on the different beans and flavors you can buy, and this machine does all the work. My kids really enjoy the ice coffee feature, they make all kinds drinks I wouldn’t have thought of. It’s like a Starbucks in your own kitchen, this machine pays for its self within a month if you go to the coffee shops for over priced coffee. With this you don’t need to leave your house, I highly recommend this delight to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this coffee machine! It looks sleek and doesn’t take up much room on my counter. I love that it can do single brew hot or iced coffee. It is very easy to operate. It holds a good amount of water which I appreciate. The water holder can sometimes be a little hard to grab at first but once you get it down it’s fine. The brew options are simple and it offers a decent array of cup sizes. My coffee is always hot and had great taste between the varying sizes. I definitely love using this everyday.
