[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what I was expecting from this machine but I was pleasantly surprised! It came packaged safely and nicely and when I pulled it out of the package I was excited because it was more compact than I thought it would be. Easily assembled and the water tank is in the back which is helpful that it's built into the machine and not a separate piece sticking out. It has a touch screen and has many customizable functions, grinds the beans and it was very impressive and made great espresso. Would recommend for a decently priced machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed this is the first automatic coffee machine I have ever owned. It has a bean grinder and my coffee is always fresh. You can make espresso, double or single shot, and americano. You can also make iced coffee and it has a milk frother built in. The machine controls the temperature and the amount of coffee depending on what you select. It’s already all set. You can adjust the grind size accordingly to what you need. It’s easy to use. It comes with a base so you can have coffee in a large mug. The inside is easy to clean. The machine has removable parts to clean it. It has a waste basket to deposit all the coffee pucks. Overall, I loved the machine, although I wish there was option to customize the amount of coffee and the temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In short, two thumbs WAY up. For reference, I'm comparing it to my much more expensive, larger, manual espresso machine. I love that machine, but the whole reason I was interested in this one is to 1. Save space, and 2. Spare myself effort in prepping my morning drink. It has an internal grinder that requires no effort and works perfectly. It doses the espresso and pours shots straight into your cup without any tamping or fiddling. The steam wand is good, but note that there is no streaming pitcher included. The capacity of the bean and water reservoirs are surprisingly large for such a small machine. Two of my initial worries were cleaning and customization options (ground size, shot size, etc.) I'm glad to report that both of those are nonissues. The machine is easy to clean, and many settings are customizable. Do yourself a favor: sit down and read the whole manual before starting. This does easily 90% of what my 2x expensive machine does with half the effort. Really impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is great! I absolutely love the built in grinder making this much more compact for use. I have an older model of the Cuisinart espresso machine, and the biggest flaw was the lack of platform for different sized cups. Without the platform, espresso would spill out everywhere but this simple add truly makes this machine amazing and comparable to many higher priced espresso machines.
