The manufacturer is not kidding when they say this pan heats up rapidly. Also may require lower cooking temp. Once we adjusted, no problems.

Love this saucepan! Looks great, cleans up well.

I LOVE this pan. especially for the price. If I were younger, I would get the whole set. But the bigger pieces are too heavy for me. Works very well with my induction range.
