No problem with the product. However, why in the world would FedEx leave the package near the road when our house is 1/4 mile off the road? They deliver other packages to our door step! This promotes theft or damage. Another lazy FedEx driver! I’ll contact them and complain, again.

Low cost, works like it is claimed.

After cleaning, smelled of chemicals. Waffles are not cooked when the light indicator says so at 3 minutes. Still undercooked at 4 minutes and when cooked for 6 minutes. 1.5 cups does not fill the waffle iron, neither did 2 cups. Lid too light to stay down and does not have a latch to keep it shut. Waffle sticks do not work (undercooked, tiny, iron cannot stay down to make sides fill up, would not work even when filling them separately from squares). Flavor imparted is not good. Not cooked in middle. Waste of money and time.
