Delivered early and we live the product

I ordered this flatware to add to my existing set. The website picture and description listed it as polished chrome, but I received satin. I spent over 30 minutes chatting online with a representative who assured me that the polished chrome was available. I returned what I had received, and the replacement set that was shipped to me was also the wrong finish. I have been refunded, but even though I let the person who helped me know the website description was incorrect, as of this evening, it hasn't been changed. The experience was very frustrating and didn't have to be.

I absolutely love this flatware set! Maybe it's because I am a man, I don't know, but the weight of this flatware is terrific. The spoon design have really won me over too. I now must order more!

Not what I expected. This is a satin finish that looks dirty and tarnished. I needed a set with the shiny stainless finish to match what else is in my drawer.

Love, love, love this set! Originally gifted the polished set of 4 & decided to buy more. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in finding the polished set. This brushed finished is beautiful none the less!

I’ve only had them a week thus far. The set is nice with a good weight and quality. The spoons have an extra deep curve(shaped like a child’s spoon). The salad and dinner forks are a different size but the spokes are the same length.

Too plain and quite heavy but it they will do the job.

This is NOT 18/10 it is 18/0!!! Should have to pay to send this back when it is falsely advertised

Nice looking stainless steel - they have great weight and feel.
