Wok à fond plat en acier inoxydable 12,6 po Demeyere

It's heavy, I expected some weight but geez! The food cooks evenly on all sides including the bottom

I use this wok a lot for all kinds of cooking, steam, deep-fry and of course stir-frying. it works great on induction, easy to clean and light weight.

I do a lot of stir fry and want to use a safe cookware. This wok is perfect, I can even fry eggs without sticking issues. Just follow the instructions to heat up the wok and then add oil. Clean up is a breeze as there is no rivet, and it is light weighted. I have been using it every other day for a year now and it still looks like new. It is pricey but well worth it. Would definitely recommend it!
