Love this mini chopper. Bought because my old faithful mini chopper (different brand) which has served me for many years, finally decided to call it quits, by literally going up in smoke. The minute I plugged it in smoke started coming out of it, and that was the end of the road for old faithful.
Needless to say, I was back on the market looking for replacement (ironically, just before I plugged in my old faithful and the smoke, a thought had just come to my head, about replacement and seeing the smoke was the weirdest incident.) So looked around, and this one seemed similar to my old faithful, and loved the few ratings that were listed for this item, hence I ordered it.
I only used it once prior to this review, chopped garlic and ginger. I would say it did an excellent job of chopping it to the consistency that I wanted, it didn’t make it mushy, it was a perfect chop. It was relatively efficient and somewhat quieter than my old one, but still as loud as a chopper is expected to be. Cleaning it is easy, and small and compact for storage. The material seems to be somewhat lighter than my old one, but everything is built in such a way nowadays. Overall I am happy with it, and hopefully will get many years of use out of it.
