this is a nice set and can be repackaged and gifted. I was surprised there were no directions on how to use the items but I can easily Google that. I like the baskets and I can see myself using them regularly.

These tools really upped my sour dough game for every step of the process, increasing ease, clean up and end product. I wish it also included an oval lame - I’d give it 5 stars if it did.

The bread proofing set arrived quickly. I really like the tools that are included, however, 3 stars because the entire set is very small. The proofing bowls would accommodate a standard half loaf. Bowls would be for rise only, too small to mix ingredients. The tools are good but not heavy duty. The bowl covers and liners are nice. Honestly this matching set would be a nice way to have your dough look aesthetically attractive while it proofs. Cotton Drawstring bag included.

These are exactly the tools I was looking for to help me with learning how to make sourdough bread. I absolutely love the sling, it makes it so easy to lower the bread in the hot crock and back out. The banneton baskets are great for proofing and the dough whisk helps to mix the dough without sticking to too much. I would definitely purchase this again and it would make a great gift.
