Ive kept it in its box, because its a Birthday gift for my son in December of 2018. Ive not tried it out as of now. It looks like fun. My son likes things that can be played with and looks fun. He will be 27 years old.

I ordered this bank as a Christmas present and the recipient really liked it. The quality of the bank was great. The coin did not always land in the barrel, but the kids had a great time working it. The main reason I am recommending this product and company is related to their excellent customer service. I ordered an additional bank from their site and it was supposed to arrive before Christmas. An issue arose with my order and I thought I would have a long battle with the company to make things right. It turned out Design Toscano staff stand by their products and they initiated fixing the situation after I notified them of the problem. I would recommend purchasing from this company based on the excellent customer service and the unique quality of their products.

I bought the elephant bank knowing 2 out of 4 people said it didn't work. I thought it was battery operated but apparently you move the trunk down, load a coin then manually move his tail to the side, which brings the trunk up -- and the coins go everywhere! The first launched about three feet. It's still a nice piece for an elephant lover, working or not. Thank you.
