Great for hot drinks in winter when my stone countertops are cold as ice. Keeps tea/coffee warm longer.

Product gets an A grade. Delivery gets a C since the exterior box was crushed on one end i.e. it was concave 3 inches deep. The driver hid the crush by facing it towards the house when the picture was taken. The interior box from the manufacturer was good but it should have been shrink wrapped because that box rolled freely inside the larger box. Packaging and delivery were bad!

I have been looking for ceramic mugs like these from Dawan with lids. Since I am going out several days a week to the recreation center to exercise, I like to carry my own tea bags, and honey packs. Because of the tight-fitting lid, I can pack my items in the cup until I am ready to pour in hot water. Also, you can place the lid back on the cup to let your tea steep. I really don’t like drinking my tea out of the Styrofoam cups provide at the rec center. I take the cork base off so it can fit in my lunch tote easily. At home I like the fact that the cork base serves as a coaster when I place the cup down on a surface. The cups come in a set of two in 3 colors, black, grey or beige. I chose the beige.
