The marble of the butter crock is gorgeous. I don’t have any blue but bought because it was so pretty. I do not know anything about here butter bells but the design seems better than a traditional butter dish.

I love this better crock! It keeps butter fresh and spreadable without needing to refrigerate. I change the water every 2-3 days and the butter stays fresh. A butter bell is a must if you enjoy soft, fresh, spreadable butter. The water in base creates a seal so the butter does not spoil.

I’ve been looking for a butter pot to keep near the stove and was excited about this beautiful blue glazed butter crock. It can get a little messy inside, but that is to be expected with butter. A quick wipe and it’s gone. Perfect for spreading an easy smear of butter on bread.

This beautiful crock was sadly created with poor craftsmanship. The wooden handle is merely glued to the ceramic lid. When lifting the butter-filled container, the little handle quickly snapped off under the weight. It’s also strange that this is marked as dishwasher safe on the packaging considering it’s glued together.

This is the sweetest butter holder jar! Looks great and I love storing my butter in it. The butter remains the perfect texture and temperature. The color is a vibrant blue so it looks great sitting out anywhere in your kitchen.
