The handles are too small. I'm a very short and very thin woman, and I can only get 2-3 fingers in - very uncomfortable. A totally failed design. $50 worth of mugs off to charity! Terribly disappointing. And no, shipping back the purchase is too much work. Last time I'll shop Wayfair.
