First, I know why the first one was damaged in transit. Second, I just unpacked the replacement and washed it. It has a rough surface inside which will collect coffee stains. You cannot see it on a photo, but you can feel it with your hand. Third, the decal is not vivid shells like the website portrays. All in all, I would give it no stars if I could.
