I purchased this dinnerware set 2 years ago and over time the plates have begun showing scratches from cutting food. Not the type of quality I would expect from Wayfair. Can you replace or credit this purchase

I love these plates! I have 3 kids under 10 and they are sturdy, haven’t chipped or broke and are microwave and dishwasher safe.
