While half of my cereal bowls arrived broken, they really are beautiful. I love the design, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I'll have to return this shipment, but given my previous experience, I doubt a replacement would arrive in better condition. I'm shocked that Wayfair shipped stoneware dinnerware with no bubble wrap, no tissue paper, and not even a "Fragile" sticker on the box. The packaging provided almost no protection during shipping. The product itself is lovely, but the packaging and shipping were extremely disappointing. I was looking for some good quality cereal bowls and these delivered! I love the little detailing that adds to my kitchen, and also love that I can throw them in the dishwasher still. Highly recommend!

Cute bowls but the manufacturer does not pack them well and I had to send back multiple times to get unbroken bowls. Even after telling cust service multiple times to have bowls wrapped individually, box, then place in larger padded box, the manufacturer never wrapped the items individually which led to many broken bowls. Cust service took care of me though but it was so inconvenient to keep sending back bowls.
