Okay. I expected a stronger grip. I am using a light weight basket to hold sponge. And if the sponge is very wet the basket will slip

Stick wasn't very good for what I wanted (wood)

I was a little disappointed as per the instructions, the magnetic hold is not all that good, anything that I hang on the interior hook or put in the basket has to be light, even the sponge has to be free of water (has to have the water squeezed out). I did remove and placed it on my back splash and am now using to hold some of the kitchen knives. For what it cost, I guess it was worth it. I would not recommend the item for the purpose that it was intended for.
