Love love love this rolling pin , it has measurements on it and a water and flour compartment on each end . Cleans super easy and is so helpful when you only need a tad bit of water or just a bit more flour . This will be your new bf when baking..

Im started making my own pizza dough and really needed a rolling pin. This one works well, and I really liked that I could put flour inside and have it sprinkle out while rolling the dough, especially because I usually use too much flour when doing it by hand. I downgraded a star because it does not come with any instructions at all, and how to fill it is not necessarily intuitive. I ended up spooning flour into the water section the first time I used it.

I did not realize I needed this until I got one. I love baking and this rolling pin has what I was missing. It has a fairly large flour shaker at one end and in the other you put in cold water, I prefer ice water. A cold rolling pin is what you need for pastry.

My grandpa always make pizza for us in Friday pizza night. It works wonderfully for this purpose. His dough is rolled nice and thin, and it doesn't stick at all!
