Wayfair hired Angi List to assemble a wall unit purchased from Wayfair on 7 July. Wayfair charged me an extra $369 for "professional" assembly by Angi. The Angi professional showed up on 14 July at my home, spent 2 hours partially assembling the unit, and then quit working, telling me he received a call from his Angi manager to stop work and leave. The professional also told me he would only be paid $56 for his work. Since then I spent hours on both Wayfair and Angi chatboxes getting a run around that leads nowhere. I only ask them to return and finish the assembly. But they refuse to do it. The chat box agents keep asking me to provide more "detail". The chatboxes are not manned by actual humans so using them for help is a waste of time. At one point I received and email from an Angi Customer Service Manager named "jess" who ask me to explain why I gave Angi a negative rating. He directed me to the Wayfair chatbox and around we go again.... I request a refund of the Angi portion of my wall unit purchase: $369.99.

Used last night for the first time. Did its job. Only trouble was c-f switch, not readable. Put in battery and lucked out as it was on f. Chicken was pertect.
