Loved the size and look of this pan on the website and purchased it mainly to cook french fries. However.. it comes with a lot of conditions: on preparation before using, when using, cleaning, storing. And I don't understand, nor is there an explanation for, the grid that's included. Perhaps if you're used to cooking Tempura it would make more sense.
