The box the cup came in was a plus, the cup is thick and well made, made very well.

Thought about giving them as presents but the quality and packaging made me keep them

This was n amazing cup! Very sturdy and my husband loved it!

The travel mug looks great, but the top is kind of hard to get off, and if you put hot liquid in be sure to use handle, it gets hot, didn't like the way the sipping works for hot liquids.

It’s a pretty mug and I’ll definitely enjoy it, but there are a few things that could be done better. 1) The color is off. Still pretty, but much darker/duller than my team’s colors. 2) This is good and bad. The lid was super difficult to take off. Might be good if it prevents leakage, but not usable if I can’t take the lid off to fill/clean. 3) Most importantly, the handle is small. I don’t think this is a good mug for anyone one with hands larger than the average woman.
