I purchased this model a few months ago after going raw vegan and I love it. I am so happy with this model because it is quiet and takes up very little space. I also purchased the mats that go with it and they are great too. thank you!

My outdoor adventures won't ever be the same. We started dehydrating our foods for when we go out on a hike or camping and it has been an awesome change. This is the perfect size for my family and I'm so glad that I discovered this brand on social media.

I recently purchased the 9 tray and am so glad I did. My main impetus was to do something with a tree full of Fuyu persimmons. What to do with all of those wonderful fruits before they softened and my only recourse was purée and freeze.. I am happy to say the dehydrator is so simple to use and now I have bags of dried persimmons to last the year. Also dried apples and made kale chips. Yesterday made yogurt and I like it better than store bought. Bottom line: I am so excited about this dehydrator and look forward to trying many more ways to use it.

I've used it daily for the last week and it's very easy to program and use. Was debating between the 5-tray and 9-tray, but the 5-tray has more than enough capacity for my needs. Mainly using this to make meals for backpacking and for emergencies like power outages. It's so easy to throw frozen veggies or half of my meal into the dehydrator and wait for everything to shrivel into tiny pieces that I can fit into mason jars. My biggest problem now is having enough storage for all the food I've already dehydrated!
