Definitely a piece that you will pass down. It’s it has the durability of cast iron but it’s also beautiful and unique. Simply gorgeous!

Very nice. If you put in the oven they turn a standard black and the steel shiny handle darkens to a neat slightly smoke chrome shiny steel as does the brass features. I prefer the change. A bit heavier that other cast pans, it’s a two hands pan for me at least. Unfortunately they all color differently. Perhaps they source ther alloy and it just heat treats differently. See pictures
