The best thing about it is the heating plate. I use an induction cooktop so this really helps. What I don't like about it the weight distribution. the handle feels over size for this size pan. As with any non-stick I don't expect to last long hopefully 2 to 3 years.

Excellent Quality no toxic fumes. Works like a charm. Worth the extra money compared to other cheaper product. German quality, it shows. Very happy. It will last me many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Fissler ceramic non stick pan! Easy to use and clean. I often just rinse out and clean with a paper towel. It is made of high quality, it is heavy and looks very strong and durable! I also love non it is doesn't have the forever chemicals in it! It is the perfect size to cook any meal, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Excellent, perfect for frying eggs gently, very even heat distribution.
