Absolutely no stick pan. Added an egg to the pan no butter nothing and it just came off nicely (tastes boring though without butter). But it was more a test of the stickiness.

This pan is everything I had hoped for in a pan. I would say it is the universal pan. If you could only have one pan-this would be it. Non stick. Great for braising if you have a well seated lid. Retains heat well! Flat reinforced bottom sits flat On a glast top. One drop of oil does the trick. So pleased-Dankeschön, Fissler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this pan to make a few dishes and it’s been performing very well! The surface is very smooth to the touch unless other nonstick pans that sometimes feel rough. It is also very nonstick as advertised. I used it to make eggplant and there was no residue stuck on the pan! I like that I can now use a little less oil when cooking. It’s also very easy to clean and wash. My only thing is that I wish it came with a lid but I can easily reuse a different pot lid. Highly recommend!
