Fissler Origina-Profi collection is the best Stainless Steel collection. Heats slower but has the most even heat distribution & best heat retention.

I got it because it is currently considered one of three best stainless steel frying pans in the world. It heats exceptionally evenly all across the bottom. So, it is very suitable for such tasks as buttered toast, grilled cheese sandwiches or even pancakes and crepes, should one choose it for such a task. Otherwise, it is the first time that I cook on a surface like this one with a network of pointy metallic pyramids all over that keep a cooked item lifted above its surface, like a grill pan does with its ridges. A steak cooked on such surface gets accurately spaced browned dots all over, instead of parallel grill marks.

This is a mighty, small pot that does it all. It’s great for a quick 1-2 person single pot meal, stew, noodle soup. Heats evenly and quickly on an electric stove while the handles stay cool to touch, and it cleans easily. High quality, and visually eye-catching. I highly recommend!
