A great pot, I’ve had one of the same size for 25+ years and needed to replace so went for the newer model (lids match, redesigned handle). I use the pan multiple times per day a a go to for hot cereal, warming soups, vegetables , and more. Looks and cooks great I’ve used on both gas and electric tops.

I have had a large collection of Fissler cookware for the last 25 years, and see them as an irreplaceable part of my daily life. So I bought the 9-piece set for my daughter as a wedding gift. However, I've been rather dismayed to find that the handles get hot! This doesn't happen with my own set - why is that? And actually, if I'd known this, I wouldn't have bought them. Suggestions for how to avoid this would be welcome!

This pours better than most of the lesser spouted pots in my kitchens. No drips! Perfect weight for all kinds of one-pot ease. Stays clean, easy to clean, and cook even while learning my new quickly-hot induction cooktop. Beautifully crafted.

It was not a triple-base pot as I expected. Disappointed. The triple bottom is the most essential feature for me. I asked a Question about the triple bottom on the product description website, and the answer was positive, which was why I purchased it. I bought other Fissler pots in Germany with a triple base. I have them with me here in the US; sadly, one pot was destroyed by forgetting it on the hot stove for hours. Its bottom is splitting up, and I hoped to replace it with another Fissler of the same excellent triple bottom quality. The heavy lid is nice to have as the lid of the previous collection is light and sometimes sucked with the pot and could not be removed easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems like a fabulous pot! I used it to make a chicken dinner and it turned out great. It browned nicely and the items didn’t stick. Love that it has a nice sturdy lid. It’s also beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked how versatile the pot is they put the measuring cup or oz inside of the pot! So I could know the amount of the water or food that I’m cooking with! The instructions booklet were very clear tells you how to use and keep it clean! It cooked my northern beans very well!
