Fissler Vitaquick® Premium 2-piece set, 2.6 Quart Pressure Skillet Set and 4.8 Quart Pressure Cooker

It's beautifully made, but ultimately too big (and heavy! whoa!) for my needs. I purchased smaller sizes and will return these.

After using the Vitaquick Premium set, the main takeaway is simple: it holds pressure extremely well. That’s the core job of a pressure cooker, and Fissler gets it right. The seal is solid and pressure stays consistent. Build quality is excellent across the board. The handles, locking system, and overall fit feel precise and durable. The two pot sizes (3.7 and 6.3 quarts), plus the glass lid, make the set practical for both everyday cooking and larger batches. It isn’t inexpensive, but it feels built to last.

Does not work as a steamer, only pressure cooker. Ideally the valve assembly should be designed to also allow it to be used as steamer. See old Fagor cooker design.
