This coffee undergoes a gentle decaffeination process to remove caffeine without damaging its flavour compounds. After the coffee is harvested, it is first lightly steamed to open its pores, then is treated with naturally occurring ethyl acetate to remove caffeine while preserving the delicate flavour compounds. After processing, Steady State roasts the green coffee beans to a light roast level to promote sweetness and complexity in the cup. The final result is a lively, balanced coffee with notes of milk chocolate and sweet citrus. Inza is proof that customers who are looking to cut back on caffeine don't have to sacrifice great coffee flavour!This coffee's whole bean format allows for flexible preparation options to suit the needs of your establishment. For a perfect pour-over, grind the beans to a medium consistency, then simply pour water 30 seconds off a boil (205 degrees Fahrenheit) over them.
