It is a very sturdy and adorable beverage dispenser. Arrived fast and very well packed. The issue is that it leaks. Since the leaking volume is not too significant, Ive decided to keep it and simply added a little ceramic bowl under the faucet, to avoid the trouble to send it back and wait for a new dispenser (that could also arrive with the same problem). It had the potential to be a 5 star item, if it wasnt for the leakage issue. Review update 01.04.2021 Ive been suing this beverage dispenser daily for over a year now, without any issues. I was able to solve the leakage issue by placing some transparent anti leakage tape inside of the spigot and its has been working perfectly.

Beautiful. But not the correct size. It says overall high 17” in the app and to make sure I sent an email to Wayfair to ask for the total high (base, dispenser, lid) they said 17” too, so I bought it. But I received a 20.5” tall dispenser that doesn’t fit in my kitchen. The product itself is beautiful and looks sturdy, but for me is too high for what I wanted it for and I’m thinking of returning it. I sent an email to Wayfair for a solution, but not response yet. Wayfair Please correct the measurements in your app
