Light silver helps prevent overtaking. These work great for spring forms and the different sizes are perfect.

Found some rust after washing with a dishwasher

I used these baking pans today! At first they felt oddly light and thin but I thought let’s give this a try. The cake I made came out perfectly round and it slid right off both pieces (I did spray down the pan first). It was so much easier than waiting forever for a cake to completely cool, then carving it out hoping that the cake doesn’t break and then flipping it over and the pan weighs and so does the cake. The sizes are really great too! I don’t know how often I’ll used the largest piece but it’s really nice to have 3 sizes to choose from for this price. We’ll see how they hold up with time but I really love these! Update they’ve rusted ( and don’t close at the bottom all the way even when they’re closed. There’s space and my cake mixture pours out!

I just love them... They are easy to use and easy to clean.
